Through our Platform, workers can register, apply for jobs, manage contracts, receive job updates, and access payslips. Employers can post job opportunities, manage hiring, and monitor worker performance and compliance.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform:
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must have legal authorisation to work in the UK.
Employers must be registered UK businesses and authorised to engage temporary labour.
We may request documentation to verify eligibility and may suspend access if requirements are not met.
4. Account Registration
To access certain services, users must create an account:
Workers must provide accurate personal and professional information, including right-to-work documentation and certifications (e.g., CSCS cards).
Businesses must provide company information and details about their hiring needs.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
5. Worker Matching and Job Applications
Our algorithm matches workers with suitable job offers based on skills, location, availability, and compliance. However, we do not guarantee job placement or employment continuity.
Employers are solely responsible for the final selection, onboarding, and management of workers.
6. Payments and Payroll
Workers will receive weekly payments based on timesheets approved by the employer. Deductions such as taxes and payroll fees will be applied according to HMRC rules. Payslips are accessible in your personal cabinet.
Dayger charges service fees to employers and retains the right to modify pricing with notice.
7. Referral and Reward System
Workers may refer other candidates via a unique referral link. Commissions are earned when referred candidates are hired and actively working. Details of commission rates and duration are provided in the referral terms.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Provide false or misleading information.
Use the Platform for unauthorised commercial purposes.
Interfere with the security or performance of the Platform.
Recruit or solicit users outside of the Platform for competing services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or jeopardised the safety or integrity of the Platform.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, software, and graphics, is the property of Dayger Contractors Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
We provide the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
